Our Collingwood Park office started back in about 1976, growing from an on-site sales office to a dynamic, pro-active real estate office to service the area initially in sales and then property management. Our Springfield office was established in 2000 to service the needs of this vibrant and growing area. This actually makes us the oldest general real estate office in Springfield.

Our Principal Neil Coupland has been in the real estate industry since 1983 with experience in most facets of real estate. Our offices have won many awards over the years at both state and regional levels.

We are a progressive company that has embraced technology rather than hide from it.
